We are actively seeking a Sales Engineering Specialist to represent our Process Mining, Task Mining, and Communications Mining technologies. As an overlay/specialist SE, you will play a vital role in the success of our discovery products. Your primary responsibilities include strategic deal involvement, enabling and mentoring our core sellers such as Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs), as well as identifying and reporting on trends to product and marketing leadership to enhance our products and messaging as needed.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Strategic Deal Involvement: Take a lead role in the most strategic deals, particularly those focused on our Process Mining, Task Mining, Communications Mining products.

  • Enable and Mentor Internal Customers: Provide guidance and mentorship to internal customers, including Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs).

  • Workshops and Presentations: Lead workshops with core Sales Engineers for both customers and prospects. 

  • Demo and Collateral Creation: Develop and deliver standardized and custom demos, deep dives, and collateral based on field observations, contributing to the scalability of our solutions.

  • Collaboration with Industry Vertical Teams: Collaborate with UiPath industry vertical teams to incorporate the solutions into the sales strategies they develop.

  • Engagement with Product Teams: Collaborate with product teams to provide insights from the field and contribute to the roadmap.

Depending on the needs of the business and the role, the number of hybrid, office-based, and remote workers will vary from team to team.
