This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Available Shifts• 12:30 PM to 9 PM, 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.• 9 PM to 5:30 AM, Friday through Tuesday.Position Responsibilities• Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.• Communicate with customers over phone, email and chat.• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.• Become a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.Minimum Requirements• High school diploma or equivalent.
