As a SEM Manager, you'll drive paid search strategies for Uline.com, optimizing campaigns and fueling traffic to one of North America's largest eCommerce sites.Better together!This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position Responsibilities• Manage text and shopping ad campaigns across multiple product lines and / or business areas.• Analyze campaign performance and interpret results to make performance improvement recommendations.• Guide, coach and develop a team of Campaign Managers.• Maintain in depth understanding of available tactics within ad programs on Google and Microsoft.Minimum Requirements• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field. Master's degree preferred.• 3+ years of digital marketing experience directly managing paid search programs.• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Adaptable with strong accuracy and attention to detail.Benefits• Complete medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage and other wellness programs.• 401(k) with 6% employer match.
