Project Manager

Ultimate Care NY is looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing various projects within our home health care services. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with a diverse team of professionals and stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing resources, timelines, and project deliverables to achieve our organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources required.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Track progress and performance of projects, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members, clients, and external partners.
• Ensure projects comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Bachelor's degree in project management, health care administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
