Ultra Mobile is looking for an Associate Director, Performance Partnerships to drive new user acquisition through affiliate initiatives for Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile brands.

Responsibilities

Manage the performance partnerships team to drive innovation and efficiency
Develop partnership go-to-market plans and execute with cross-functional teams
Nurture strong relationships with partners
Lead the performance partnerships strategy for new customer acquisition and revenue growth
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities
Manage end-to-end partner implementation
