Role Overview
We are looking for a driven E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Specialist to manage and excel in customer communications across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, and social media. The primary focus of this role is delivering outstanding customer support on Shopify, Amazon, and other mediums. Secondary tasks include handling social media, interactions and executing influencer collaborations. Additionally, you will support Amazon operations by managing deals, implementing coupons, downloading reports, and conducting listing audits. This opportunity suits an individual with excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational capability, and a solid background in e-commerce operations.
