Your recruiting skills will be essential in assembling a stellar workforce.• Scheduling Maestro: Coordinate schedules and manage workforce logistics with precision, ensuring our team operates at peak performance throughout the season.• Orientation Leader: Conduct engaging and informative orientations for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and feel welcomed from day one. You'll introduce them to our company culture, policies, and expectations, setting the tone for a successful season.• Team Member Experience Manager: Oversee the entire team member journey, from application to offboarding. You'll ensure a smooth and supportive experience at every stage, handling onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding with care and professionalism.• Associate Advocate: Serve as a key support for our associates, addressing their needs and ensuring they have the resources to thrive in their roles.• Data Whisperer: Utilize HR analytics to uncover insights that drive our seasonal success. You'll monitor hiring metrics and optimize scheduling strategies using real-time data.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:• HR Expertise: Proven experience in HR, with a focus on high-volume recruiting, scheduling, and managing the team member experience.• Operational Management Skills: Strong ability to oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring that recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and offboarding processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.• Adaptability: Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to the dynamic demands of the season.• Empathy: A supportive and approachable demeanor, with a focus on creating a positive work environment for all associates.• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in ATS, HRIS, scheduling software, and Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.• Languages: Preference for team members who speak Spanish/French/MandarinPERKS AND REWARDS:• Seasonal Position and Rate: This role is based in our office/warehouse in Sunset Park, Brooklyn (Brooklyn Army Terminal) and runs through December 2024.
