IT Support Technician

Underdog is a rapidly growing sports gaming company seeking an IT Support Technician. The company is known for creating innovative fantasy sports games and is expanding its backend technology for better user experiences.

Skills

Intermediate IT support experience
Knowledge of Mac and Windows environments
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom
Understanding of network concepts
Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware and software systems
Manage and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and AV equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues including computers and network connectivity
Assist with software and hardware installations and upgrades
Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex problems
Track work and troubleshooting steps using a ticketing system
Deploy laptops as part of new employee onboarding
Maintain hardware inventory
Document support procedures
Support IT projects and participate in rollouts
