IT Support Technician (Hybrid)

Underdog is a fast-growing sports gaming company seeking an IT Support Technician to provide technical support for hardware and software systems, contributing to enhancing internal user experience.

Skills

Intermediate IT support experience
Knowledge of Mac and Windows environments
Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack
Understanding of network concepts
Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware and software systems
Manage and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms and AV equipment
Assist with software and hardware installations
Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical problems
Document support procedures and update internal knowledge base
