Base: $185,900 – $281,000 + 10% Annual Bonus
Status: Full-time, Onsite

Leading OR operations manager position overseeing 24/7 surgical services department. Focus on quality care, regulatory compliance, and departmental leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 24/7 OR operations

Required:
- CA RN License
- BSN or MSN required
- 4+ years clinical nursing experience
- 4+ years leadership experience
- BLS Certification
- OR management background
- Strong regulatory knowledge (Joint Commission, State requirements)
Preferred:
- MSN preferred
- CNOR certification
- 5+ years OR management experience
- Magnet/shared governance experience
- Union environment experience
