In 1998, we changed the way government revenue agencies support their business with the introduction of GenTax®. We have expanded beyond Tax and now also perform implementations for Motor Vehicle, Driver License, Unemployment Insurance, and Child Support Engagement agencies.

Responsibilities:The Unemployment Insurance Tax & Benefits Industry Expert position requires an intimate understanding of the industry, the key players, and those with influence and the emergent trends within the industry. The position also requires a thorough understanding of the issues faced by Unemployment Insurance Tax & Benefits Agencies. Having an existing network of industry contacts is a plus. The position will monitor and actively engage the industry exploring potential business opportunities. The successful candidate must have positive relations with state agency personnel and be trusted and respected in the industry. This position is based out of our Headquarters in Centennial, CO.

  • Actively participate in industry groups, professional organizations, and other leadership positions in the industry such as working groups or advisory board members positions.
  • Advise FAST executives on strategy and market intelligence.
  • Monitor the Unemployment Insurance industry for emerging trends and needs.
  • Travel required to attend meetings, conferences, demo’s, and other industry related events.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Located in or near Centennial, CO or open to relocating to the area.
  • Ideally has relationships within unemployment insurance and tax agencies and the ability track key players across the industry.
  • Have an understanding of policy-making processes, including state legislative and regulatory processes, and political dynamics.
  • Understands the rules, oversight, and influences of policy for UI at the Federal level.
