General SummaryThe Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for maintaining and growing key accounts for UniFirst by developing and maintaining relationships with key personnel, conducting regular visits and account reviews, and working with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.• Develop and maintain relationships with key personnel• Conduct regular visits and account reviews• Use internal and external resources to retain customers and increase revenue• Maintain customer contracts and renew contracts before expiration• Work closely with all UniFirst departments to ensure customer satisfactionAdditional Duties & Responsibilities• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts• Communicate effectively with manager about challenges and successes• Stay up-to-date on sales skills and professional knowledge• Assist the service team in uniform program stylizing and renewing customers upon expirationQualifications• College degree preferred• 3 to 5+ years of successful sales and/or service experience• Must be able to travel approximately 70% - 80%• Excellent people, communication and interpersonal skills• Strong contract and negotiation skills• Problem solving and decision making skillsBenefits & Perks401K with Company Match, Profit Sharing, Health Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Tuition Reimbursement, 30% Employee Discount, Employee Referral Bonuses.UniFirst is an equal opportunity employer.
