We challenge those brands to be an interaction with culture by ultimately creating MOMENTS OF TRUTH that comes to life across a unique alchemy of experiences, campaigns and partnerships.With our team's diverse perspectives and individual authenticity, we create the perfect blend of minds, people, energy and environment to communicate and celebrate TRUTH Job Overview The Influencer Marketing Manager is key to developing and overseeing influencer related initiatives.They will collaborate on strategic approaches, conduct outreach and secure on-brand partners (macro / micro influencers), and help to execute and manage influencer driven activations.This position is based in Los Angeles and reports directly to the Director of Influencer Marketing. Job Responsibilities Responsible for leading the planning and execution of influencer brand strategy and activations, seamlessly integrating cultural, digital and micro influencers within campaigns.Ability to collaborate with creative and strategy departments and provide meaningful input as it relates to influencers and social strategy Manage client and talent relations with clear and concise communication Work in partnership with our clients to identify, build and execute 360 programs that will help increase our clients online and offline visibility.Oversee creation of influencers partners assets including contracts with clear deliverables and expected results with a clear understanding of both paid and earned media Deep understanding of the social media landscape including best practices, measurement and FTC regulations.Support in the development of key influencer campaign elements, including briefs, budget management, contract negotiations, and integrations into media and content.Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. Scale and grow our influencer program over time, utilizing search, insights, community feedback and social tools to measure influencer efforts in accordance to set KPIs and campaign objectives.Consistently bringing new and innovative social ideas, platforms and ideas to the team for best in class client offering Produce reports measuring ROIs (return on influencer spend), additional KPIs, and impact of influencers on an ongoing basis and in campaigns.Create a regular publishing schedule and content calendars for influencers and ambassadors that support product launches, brand priorities, and fuels content for social platforms and overall awareness.Work with legal team to ensure influencer content meets legal standards. In partnership with clients’ social media teams, monitor influencer dialogue and feedback and make recommendations for action.Work with clients’ digital marketing teams to identify and amplify content pushed on social channels. Strong leadership and team management skills.Lead, execute and report on any seeding initiatives for clients. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field with 4-5 years of influencer marketing, talent management, influencer management / relations, PR, and / or social media.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong understanding of social media tools and digital platforms.Ability to multi-task on multiple projects at any given time & manage their time efficiently. Ability to be resourceful & find creative solutions that fit within any budgetary constraints.Experience building strategic plans and presentations.
