In this role, you will:

• Design large scale, multi-tenant distributed control planes that manage complicated ML and Data Processes

• Design modem Golang based gRPC services. Build core algorithms to help distributed ML and Data systems scale more easily

• Build core distributed scheduling systems on Kubernetes

• Build simple, elegant APIs that delight our customers - ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Systems Administrators

• Manage terabytes of data in an efficient and secure manner

• Implement high performance Golang applications that can scale to millions of operations per second

• Work with the open-source community and internal team members to deliver value across multiple organizations

About You:

• Bachelors degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or closely related field. Higher degree accepted

• 5 years post bachelor experience in Systems Engineering or related role/occupation building scalable, performance distributed services

• 5 years experience in any strongly typed language such as Java, Golang or Python; Ensuring code is well tested and well documented

• Maintaining and debugging live software systems; and identify tasks which require automation and carry out the automation process

  Terms and Conditions: May work remotely but required to come to the office periodically and live within commuting distance of HQ

• Rate of Pay: $182,312 - $242,000 per year
