Project Manager - ALM FTP & Technology Stack Design
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager with proven expertise in ALM (Asset Liability Management) and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing) end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of IT, playing a key role in architecting and designing the technology stack, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for ALM and FTP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors) to define and manage project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Assist the Head of IT in technology strategy, including defining architecture, selecting tools, and optimizing platforms.
- Design and review system architecture and tech stack for performance, scalability, and compliance.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Track project progress using Agile/Waterfall methodologies and report regularly to senior stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs where required.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance, compliance, and cybersecurity policies.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with hands-on experience in ALM & FTP implementations.
- Strong understanding of banking or financial services domain, especially in Treasury, Finance, and Risk.
- Proven ability to design end-to-end technical architecture including data integration, processing, and reporting layers.
- Knowledge of core ALM/FTP tools such as QRM, Moody’s RiskAuthority, Oracle FTP, SAP, etc.
- Familiarity with modern tech stacks – e.g., Java/.NET, SQL/NoSQL DBs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), REST APIs, data pipelines.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL frameworks, and financial data flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
