Attorney: Estate Planning/Business Formation Experience - Fully Remote

We are on the lookout for a passionate Network Attorney ready to offer insightful legal guidance in the realms of estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and various aspects of asset protection law. In this role as a Network Attorney, you'll have the chance to collaborate with a diverse clientele, addressing their distinct legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert legal advice to clients regarding estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and other relevant legal areas.
  • Craft essential legal documents, such as trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other documentation related to estate planning and business formation.
  • Guide clients in developing and executing strategies aimed at safeguarding and maintaining their assets.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Arkansas State Bar and in good standing with the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning, business formation, and related areas of law.
  • Familiarity with special needs planning is highly desirable.
  • Existing private practice.
  • Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
