User Acquisition Manager

United Tech is in search of a dynamic User Acquisition Manager. If you have a knack for creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns in Bing Ads and Google Ads, and thrive in a fast-paced, bureaucracy-free environment, this could be the perfect role for you. You will have the opportunity to work with markets in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, managing substantial marketing budgets in a highly competitive niche.


About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The product features high loading capacity, intuitive UX/UI. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.


In this role, you will
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and DV360
  • Analyze campaign performance, deliver clear takeaways, identify optimization opportunities, and plan next steps
  • Suggest, launch, and analyze qualitative metrics improvement tests
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for buying and scaling advertising channels
  • Participate in the creation and testing of advertising creatives and landing pages
  • Conduct marketing and competitive research


It’s all about you
  • At least 2 years in a PPC/UAM position in a Tier-1 market
  • In-depth knowledge of setting up and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and DV360
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing technologies, including web analytics (GTM/GA4), data visualization tools (Tableau/Looker Studio/PowerBi), social marketing, and website usability
  • Proven ability to effectively track and manage large budgets (over $50k monthly)
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
  • B2 level of English
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Positive, flexible, and well-organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines


Would be a plus:
  • Experience managing large budgets
  • Experience working with products and product teams
  • Familiarity with native networks, Facebook, and TikTok advertising
