Growing together.This position oversees the data analytics and reporting team, which includes but not limited to developing and maintaining performance reports, queries and analysis of data for ComfortCare Transportation and WellMed Fleet. Responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance and analysis of database queries and reports.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:• Oversees reporting, validating, and analysis on all business support and operations as well as business initiative projects• Leads, develops and mentors team, providing guidance on their analysis, product understandings and articulation of insights• Support transportation team related to establishing, tracking and process for all transportation reporting and analysis• Build and/or maintain analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics• Collaborate with team members to identify, design and implement internal process improvements, automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and propose re-designing of infrastructure as appropriate to achieve scalability and cost reduction• Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements• Develops systematic reporting processes and procedures to ensure timely delivery of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting to management• Converts data from multiple sources into meaningful, professional visualizations and easy to understand formats for various audiences as defined by department guidelines• Ensure documentation of analysis methodologies, conclusions, and business actions taken. Consider analysis transparency and reproducibility as best practices• Performs all other related duties as assignedYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:• 3 years of experience with reporting, analysis, and data management• 3 years of hands-on experience in data mining• 2 years of experience with SQL, which includes ability to modify existing SQL queries and create query code from scratch• 2 years of experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.• Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, sumifs, graphing, pivot tables, etc.)• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail• Ability to demonstrate key successes on business solutions derived from analysis and deep learning• Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications:• 5 years of experience with reporting, analysis, and data management• 3 years of SQL experience• 1 years of supervisory experience• All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy.California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $58,300 to $114,300 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
