Apply now and let's create magic together.Primary Responsibilities:• Collaborate with team in every phase of production• Support Creative Leads & Creative Director, Producers and Editors• Support Creative Leads & Creative Director, through mood boards and storyboard concepts• Create/design internal and external marketing collateral• Strive to add value in any task you're assigned• Track and update workstream progress in team project management application• Other duties as requiredYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:• Solid understanding of production techniques and project time management for design for motion and animation• 4+ years relevant work experience in design for motion and animation• Expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud• Experience designing mood boards, style frames and storyboards• Ability to articulate concepts and designs to colleagues and clients• Ability to execute projects quickly under tight deadlines• Ability to understand/interpret client expectations• Good communication and interpersonal skills; must work effectively as part of a team• Creative mind and storytelling skills• Willingness to continue learning the craft and staying current with advances and trends• Willingness to take direction• Ability to execute independently and work on multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to rig and animate 2D characters• Creative vision, composition and type layout skills• Experience working within multiple brand guidelinesPreferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with Cinema 4D or other 3D design programs• Web design, print and creative agency background a plus• Knowledge of live action production, video and music editing, and basic compositing skills• Knowledge of Adobe WorkfrontAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
