Provider Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative for a national remote position.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as an advocate for providers, resolving issues and answering questions• Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues• Collaborate with internal partners, multitask efficiently, and influence providers to use self-service toolsRequired Qualifications:• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience• 1+ years of customer service experience• Experience with computer systems and ability to type at least 35-40 WPM• Must be 18 years of age or older• Ability to work full-time shifts, including occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
