Customer Care Representative

Universal Audio is looking for a Customer Care Representative to provide technical support for their product line. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of guitar products and customer service principles.

Skills

Strong communication skills
Problem analysis and problem-solving
Attention to detail
Experience with UAD-2/Apollo hardware
Knowledge of DAWs and recording techniques

Responsibilities

Assist Universal Audio customers with inquiries
Provide product installation support and troubleshooting
Generate knowledge base entries and video tutorials
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
Process replacement parts orders
Provide presales product and service information

Education

High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Formal recording technology education desirable
