  • Demonstrated experience in outside sales, ideally within the energy sector.
  • Track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of energy solutions and sustainability practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the Schaumburg area to meet clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
  • Valid driver's license required.
