Job Description: As an Assistant Event Coordinator at Initial Communications, you will play a vital role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events. You will work closely with our team to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality events that effectively promote our clients' brands and engage their target audience.Salary range: $20.50 - $31.50 per hourJob: Full timeOn site jobKey Responsibilities• Event Logistics: Assist in coordinating all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, and transportation arrangements.• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure services and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for events.• Event Promotion: Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to attract attendees to events, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and advertising.• On-Site Support: Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and coordination of event activities.• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their event objectives, preferences, and requirements.
