About This Role:
The College of Architecture, Planning and Design is seeking an Academic Recruitment Assistant. Employee will support the college Director of Student Recruitment by engaging in the recruitment and enrollment efforts by providing program and admissions information to prospective students, attend in-state and out-of-state recruitment events, assist with prospective student campus visits and train student ambassadors. Remote work agreements are required for all flexible work arrangements and are subject to review.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Minimum Qualifications:Two years of relevant experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degreeExcellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent organization skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environmentStrong social and communication skills with the ability to engage and present to others of diverse backgroundsExperience with MS Office applications, database platforms, and graphic design softwareOther Requirements:Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, as needed, for programs and activities. Approximately 10% of time will be spent traveling.
