In this role, you'll take the lead in installing and relocating computer equipment—think PCs, printers, and other essential hardware—while ensuring everything is hooked up and running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, from simple software glitches to more complex hardware dilemmas. Your knack for problem-solving and communication will shine as you assist users with their technical requests. Additionally, you'll log your service requests using our Helpdesk Call Tracking application, providing not just solutions but also excellent customer service as you follow up with users until their issues are resolved. Moreover, you will maintain an inventory of parts and installed equipment, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine. We're looking for someone with a high school diploma (or GED) and two years of hands-on experience in desktop support, plus some desirable certifications.
