JOB SUMMARY: Under general supervision, serves as content expert and submits state and federally mandated performance metrics related to quality including Core Measures and eCQMs. Manages the portal for submissions through CRISP, TJC, CMS and HSCRC. Provides consultation and support related to Quality Metrics and internal reporting, develops and maintains reports to various internal quality committees and boards, and supports assigned departments with peer review and performance monitoring activities. Manages the OPPE/FPPE process including data collection and reporting consistent with the Joint Commission requirements.
Education & Training: Bachelor's Degree in a health, science or business field required. Four years of related professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Master’s degree preferred.
Work Orientation & Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in quality management, population health or outcomes management is required.
Previous knowledge and experience with various Quality Reporting programs is required.
Experienced in data manipulation using a variety of tools such as excel, access etc. is required.
Experienced in EHR data extraction, analysis and presentation is preferred.
