We are committed to delivering exceptional service and resources to make employees' lives better every day.Within the Division of Human Resources, the Client Services Department is looking to hire a Human Resources Analyst. As a Human Resources Analyst, you will provide support for recruitment and hiring, provide support to Shared Services HR Consultants, and provide troubleshooting for various HR systems.Duties will include:• Processing staff and student posting and hiring requests.• Providing full cycle and a la carte staffing services which includes creating requisitions, advertising, sourcing, screening, endorsing top candidates, coordinating interviews, reference checking, and preparing hiring requests, for both regular and temporary staff employees and student employees.• Working with HR Agents and other department representatives in answering and troubleshooting recruitment and hiring-related issues.• Reviewing posting and hiring documents to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and with University policies.See the Position Description for additional information.Conditions of Employment• Employees who provide services or work in patient care or clinical areas are required to be in compliance with the University's influenza vaccination requirement.• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.Preferred Qualifications• Excellent customer service- Strong focus on providing excellent service to employees and management.• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills – Ability to identify issues and find effective solutions.• Organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate data entry• Flexibility- adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and effective prioritization skills.• Must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills as demonstrated in your application materials• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision• Providing full life cycle recruiting/staffing services for a variety of clients• Using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HRIS systems• Using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, SmartSheet• Working within a higher education institution• Processing transactional items and data entryAdditional RequirementsApplicants should include their full professional employment history when applying.CampusMain - Albuquerque, NMDepartmentHR Client Services (730B3)Employment TypeStaffStaff TypeRegular - Full-TimeTerm End DateStatusExemptPayMonthly: $3,657.33 - $4,901.87Benefits EligibleThis is a benefits eligible position.
