CSERI Faculty-Directed Turner Schulman Undergraduate Research Fellowship: 2023-2024 CFA

The Center for the Study of Ethnicity, Race, and Immigration (CSERI) and the Turner Schulman Fellowships support the engagement of Penn undergraduates in faculty-directed research relating to race, ethnicity, or immigration in the United States and other countries. Faculty may receive up to $2,000 per semester to hire an undergraduate Research Assistant (RA), and may apply for funding for up to two students. Faculty may apply for support for a single semester or for the entire academic year.. Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis until April 30.Standing faculty members in any discipline from all of Penn’s twelve schools are encouraged to apply. Funds can be used to support a full-time Penn undergraduate student enrolled in any school. CSERI research support may be combined with funding from other programs.
