Job Summary:This is a position within International Academic Programs (IAP), a unit in The International Division, which serves as the central study abroad office at UW-Madison. IAP administers more than 300 campus-wide study abroad, domestic study away, & internship programs and annually sends over 2,900 UW-Madison students off-campus. Further information about IAP can be found online: http://www.studyabroad.wisc.eduThis is a multi-functional position which provides critical administrative and compliance support of IAP programs through management of all related contracts and appointments.Responsibilities:Provides administrative oversight of all contractual agreements. Responsible for filing agreements and supporting documentation, activity reporting, and compliance with university policies and procedures.• 40% Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, university policies, and regulations• 20% Manages and performs contract entry into management system to ensure accuracy of contract terms and maintain internal controls• 40% Reviews and modifies existing contracts for consistency and accuracyTasks:• Draft, analyze, review, revise, route to full execution, and retain all contracts and agreements following established processes• Maintain and revise all contracts and agreement templates as needed• Manage tracking sheets for all contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with established timelines• Ensure compliance with specific contractual obligations, such as tracking completion of required trainings and other tasksInstitutional Statement on Diversity:Diversity is a source of strength, creativity, and innovation for UW-Madison.
