We are also especially interested in candidates who have experience working with diverse populations and/or diverse initiatives.JOB TITLE:Community Outreach Coordinator-WINDJOB PURPOSE:Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering daily services and activities of WIND's projects in support of community living for people with disabilities. This will include conducting assessments, developing and delivering trainings and communications for internal and external stakeholders, assisting in development of new capacity-building projects, quality management, data collection, and working with individuals with disabilities and their support teams. Statewide travel is required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Schedule, organize, conduct and deliver reports for standardized assessments (ICAP and FASI) per protocol, including travel for in-person assessments across the state of Wyoming.• Coordinate implementation of current and future Community Living projects, including implementation of goals and objectives, data collection and reporting, team meetings, training, and quality assurance activities.• Complete required documentation and maintain secure records of assessment data (electronic and hard copies) and individual information per protocol.• Assist in development of new projects, building capacity in community living.• Represent Wyoming or the University at project functions, or other meetings and events, which may include reporting on projects, planning collaborations with other project professionals, and evaluating projects.• Participate in planning, maintenance and achievement of departmental goals.• May perform additional special assignments.SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.• Participate in performance-related goal setting and achievement to meet personal and organizational goals and objectives.• Attend and participate in training and other personal professional development activities.COMPETENCIES:• Individual Leadership• Collaboration• Formal Presentation Skills• Work Prioritization & Management• InitiativeREMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY:This position is eligible for remote work and/or a flexible work schedule.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor's degreeExperience: 1 year of experienceRequired licensure, certification, registration, or other requirements:Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with people with disabilities. Experience conducting adaptive skills assessment.
