Senior Accountant

Unlimited Technology, a premier cyber and physical security specialty contractor, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the company's accounting processes and support back-office changes and ERP integration.

Skills

Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and job costing is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage G/L and account reconciliation during accounting closing process
Lead work-in-process preparation and analysis for accurate project reporting
Analyze and communicate data, researching variances
Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system
Implement process improvements and ensure compliance to key controls
Perform sales tax filings and other compliance-related tasks
Ensure compliance to Company policies, GAAP, and support audit process

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Active Certified Public Accountant preferred
