Skills

J.D. and membership in the California Bar
4+ years advising financial institutions/fintech companies
Curious, adaptable, and quick to learn
Comfortable serving as a trusted business partner
Team player with a sense of humor and self-awareness

Responsibilities

Act as a subject-matter expert on laws and regulations applicable to products like cards and loans
Review new products and provide legal advice ensuring compliance with regulations
Advise various business groups on legal matters related to product initiatives
Proactively manage risks and deadlines in a fluctuating legal and business environment

Education

J.D. and membership in the California Bar
