Collections Specialist I

Upgrade, a fintech company, is seeking Collections Specialists for their Collections team. The role involves interacting with customers to provide assistance related to account status, payments, and other concerns.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer service, sales, or finance industry experience
Knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA
Proficiency in Microsoft and Cloud-based products

Responsibilities

Interact with customers greater than 30 days past due via phone and email
Provide assistance with billing issues, service questions, and disputes
Perform skip tracing techniques to locate customers
Establish repayment plans and optimize results to improve customer satisfaction
Contribute to training and development efforts

Education

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
