Organizational Development Program Manager

Upgrade is a fast-growing fintech company seeking an Organizational Development Program Manager to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency at their Phoenix office.

Skills

Strong understanding of organizational development theories
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with OD-related software/tools
Vendor management experience

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis.
Design and deliver programs focused on leadership development.
Partner with HR to integrate OD programs with talent management processes.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness.
Serve as a change agent for new initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration
Master’s degree preferred
