Upgrade is a fast-growing fintech company seeking an Organizational Development Program Manager to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency at their Phoenix office.

  • Vendor management experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of organizational development initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and analysis.
  • Design and deliver programs focused on leadership development.
  • Partner with HR to integrate OD programs with talent management processes.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness.
  • Serve as a change agent for new initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration
  • Master’s degree preferred
