Responsibilities

Review submitted settlements and assign for approval as needed
Process proposed settlements after settlement approval
Proactively contact customers or representatives to negotiate settlement payments
Provide feedback to CCPs on incorrect settlement proposals
Support operational policies and procedures
Provide performance reporting to senior management
