Upshop is looking for a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the CEO. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO's calendar and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Screen and direct phone calls and inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between executives and departments
  • Prepare presentations and briefing materials
  • Assist in office management duties

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field (preferred)
