Upstream USA is seeking an experienced Strategic Philanthropy Director responsible for planning and implementing strategies for acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of principal gift investors to support Upstream’s mission and expansion goals.

Leads investor relations strategy for portfolio of $1M+ investors
Manages a portfolio of 7-figure+ investors and prospects

Develops and tailors high-quality executive communications

Education

6-8+ years of relevant experience
Understanding of philanthropy and fundraising practices
