Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions and successful follow-ups.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
