We are seeking a part-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to act as our client account manager for us. In this role, your main responsibility will be to call inbound leads we generate for our clients and qualify them. You would work about 30 minutes/account/day between 4 - 5 PM CST. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be engaging with potential customers.
Key... responsibilities:
- Call inbound leads and conduct qualification interviews
- Document lead information accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and improve lead qualification processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SDR or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Neutral North-American accent required. A British accent could also be tolerated.
This is a part-time position, with approximately 3 hours/account/week. The duration of this engagement will be ongoing, with the potential for long-term collaboration. We are looking for an intermediate level SDR who is motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to our team's success
