Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
Familiarity with accounting software and excellent Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Hours: Part-time, flexible hours
