Bookkeeper needed for small business - Contract to hire - job 3 of 3

Hello, We are a small, family-owned business seeking a reliable and experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our team. Our business is currently in the early stages and is not yet profitable, with relatively few expenses. We are looking for someone who can help us manage our finances efficiently and support our growth... Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis. Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. Requirements: Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role. Familiarity with accounting software and excellent Excel skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Hours: Part-time, flexible hours
