As a bookkeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records for our property management business, ensuring that every transaction is properly recorded and accounted for. Your main responsibilities... will include recording income and expenses, reconciling accounts, and generating detailed financial reports. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all financial matters. Enters the principal and interest statements from Huntington Bank for four mortgages. Enters in the interest statements from EIDL Enters in the Principal, Interest mortgage statement from NewRez Records the insurance statement from NREIG and allocates the single monthly payment across all properties in a split transaction. On an annual basis, enter property tax bills. Generates monthly income and expense statements. Generates year-end income and expense statements for taxes
