Job Description: We're seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Assistant / Appointment Setter to help us secure new clients on Upwork. Your primary role will be to search for and apply to job postings on Upwork, as well as schedule appointments with prospective clients. While the process follows established templates, it requires careful manual execution to ensure accuracy and... success. Responsibilities: Identify and apply to relevant job postings on Upwork Schedule appointments with prospective clients Maintain and update application templates as needed Track and report on application outcomes and client engagement Requirements: Proven experience on Upwork Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Terms: Type of Work: Part-time, freelance. Duration: Long-term collaboration. Location: Remote. Hours: Flexible however it's important to be available for at least 60-75% of the US working hours. Approximately 20 hours per week to start with
