Cold Caller Recruiter for Real Estate Brokerage

Experienced relentless cold caller needed We are a small national real estate brokerage that is expanding. We are looking to hire a recruiter to recruit real estate agents to our company. We will provide lists of real estate agents to cold call each week... Recruiter will be responsible for calling real estate agents with a brief description of the company to see if they are interested in joining our team or setting up a phone call with the manager. This is an ongoing, consistent weekly position. It would be great to find someone that can do this for years. The main goal of the recruiter will be to vet potential hires and book introductory phone calls with anyone that looks like a great fit for the company. We provide clients to our real estate agents and many will be interested. We need someone with very strong communication skills. Recruiters will log which calls were made and provide brief notes on each. Each phone call should be brief. We're looking to hire 3-4 individuals for the position (not agencies). The budget per hire is $500/month (so however many hours we can get for $500/mo.). This will be ongoing if the recruiter works out. We relied on job boards for years however need to switch the model to cold callers as job boards have been working less and less for us these past few years. The real estate industry is a tough industry with a high turnover rate and we need solid agents. Times are especially tougher now and there are talks of a mass exodus of real estate agents quitting the industry soon. We provide leads to our agents and have a unique opportunity for them. Many will be interested and lucky to have found what we have for them. We'll need a time sheet on what happened to call (how long did the phone call last, if they said Yes to an interview, any other notes
