Constant Contact expert needed - Less than 10 emails per month

We've had a Constant Contact account for many years with about 5k customert contacts. Our designers and tech support people have retired or otherwise moved on. We have very little klnowledge about how to create and update content for Constant Contact. Nor do we understand the various security/spam protocols. We need competent tech and design/layout support for 5 to 10 blast per month. We have an... immediate need for simple email based on content from our website. Need to get it out ASAP.
