We are looking for an experienced freelancer to create an Excel workbook designed for tracking daily, weekly, and monthly IT tasks. The workbook will help ensure critical IT tasks are completed and logged systematically.

Check backups for all servers
Check DarkTrace logs
Check Firewall logs
Other routine checks
Weekly Tasks:

Network traffic analysis
Monthly Tasks:
Full system audits
Compliance checks
Capacity planning
Workbook Specifications:
Sheets: Separate sheets for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
Columns: Date, Task, Status (Completed/Not Completed), Remarks/Notes, Person Responsible.
Pre-filled Data: The workbook should be pre-filled with data from the last month.
Automation: Basic formulas/macros to streamline data entry and highlight overdue tasks.
Design: Clean, professional layout with easy-to-navigate sections.
Additional Information:
I will provide a detailed list of tasks, columns, and sections that need to be incorporated.
The freelancer should have experience in creating structured and user-friendly Excel workbooks, ideally for IT or similar technical fields.
The final deliverable should be an editable Excel file with all specified features.
