Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and promote relevant customer stories for key initiatives
  • Develop marketing and sales assets such as case studies, testimonials, and videos
  • Build a community of Upwork customers for the advocacy program
  • Conduct customer interviews and collect insights
  • Manage a Customer Advocacy Coordinator and potential travel may be required
