Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and promote relevant customer stories for key initiatives
Develop marketing and sales assets such as case studies, testimonials, and videos
Build a community of Upwork customers for the advocacy program
Conduct customer interviews and collect insights
Manage a Customer Advocacy Coordinator and potential travel may be required
