We seek a dedicated freelance customer service representative to provide live chat and phone support during US working hours (9 am to 5 pm EST). This role involves managing approximately 3-5 daily customer calls and growing.
Optionally for this project: 5-8 live chats per day...
We're an e-commerce brand selling custom textile products.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls
- Optionally: Respond to live chats (within 1 to 2 minutes)
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
- Availability during US working hours, at least 5 days a week (9 am to 5 pm EST)
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable internet connection
Compensation:
- This is not a full-time position. We will discuss and agree on a fair compensation model based on the workload.
