We are looking for a talented designer to help us develop a variety of ad creatives for our digital advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling static images and videos that engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, eye-catching, on-brand ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube that effectively promote our products as well as communicate our brand message and above all, drive conversions.
This role requires a deep understanding of each platform's best practices, creative design, video editing, and a keen eye for detail to produce high-quality, high-converting advertisements.
Responsibilities:
Creative Development: Design and produce high-quality visual and video ad content tailored for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all ad creatives align with VIZR’s brand voice, tone, and visual identity, adhering to our brand guidelines.
Platform Optimization: Develop content optimized for each social media platform, considering their unique formats, audience behaviors, and algorithms.
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and create compelling ad concepts and campaigns that align with our marketing goals and brand narrative.
Performance Analysis: Work with the marketing team to analyze the performance of ad creatives and continuously improve based on feedback and data.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience in creating social media ad creatives, particularly for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Video Production: Strong skills in video production and editing, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality social media ads.
Brand Understanding: Ability to maintain and enhance our brand’s visual identity and message across all ad creatives.
Creative Thinking: Strong creative vision and the ability to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies in social media advertising.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the wellness, technology, or health industries.
Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and data analysis.
Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
Experience with user-generated content campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Required Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.)
- Experience in creating ad creatives for social media platforms
