Position Overview: We are seeking current students or recent graduates in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Media, or related fields to join us as Digital Marketing Apprentices. This hybrid position offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and competitive compensation, with opportunities for professional growth within our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including businesses, professionals, and trades. Develop and nurture client relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Conduct on-site client visits as needed to understand their needs and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
Digital Marketing Execution: Execute digital marketing strategies encompassing website management, SEO, Google Ads campaigns, social media management (Instagram, X, Facebook), and content creation.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media platforms to enhance client brand visibility and engagement. Leverage software such as Canva for graphics, Hootsuite for scheduling, Adobe Spark for video creation, and CapCut for video editing to produce high-quality content that resonates with target audiences.
Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze data metrics, and derive actionable insights. Continuously optimize strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Client Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular updates to clients on project progress, performance metrics, and campaign outcomes. Solicit client feedback to refine strategies and ensure alignment with their business objectives.
Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Integrated Media, or a related field.
Enthusiasm for digital marketing with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook).
